Basic Ethics of Employees(Myself)

I am proud to be a part of Harim who has laid the foundation for the development of national dietary life and taken the lead in becoming a food company trusted by customers through ethical management based on pride and self-respect.

  • First. As Harim's representative employee, I take pride in my behavior, being dignified and polite.
  • Second. I practice autonomous self-development and strive to improve my qualities and cultivate abilities.
  • Third. I strictly divide the division of the public and private sectors and work fairly and safely.
  • Fourth. I comply with all laws, regulations, and systems and do not abuse authority, spread rumors, or conceal facts for personal gain.
  • Fifth. I make 5S a daily life for a clean and pleasant work environment – Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain.
  • Sixth. I do not favor or discriminate against specific individuals or specific legal entities.

Basic Ethics of Employees(Customers)

As customers are the reason for Harim's existence, we always listen to their voices and use the best resources we have to provide services for customer satisfaction as efficiently as possible.

  • First. We will make sure to keep the promises with customers, and if any reason that cannot be kept, we will politely apologize and seek cooperation to respond promptly.
  • Second. Recognizing that the customer's evaluation of the company is a measure of success, we always listen to and reflect on the voices of our customers.
  • Third. We strive to develop market-leading high-quality products to meet the diverse needs of customers and provide the best service.
  • Fourth. We contribute to the stabilization of prices and establishment of a healthy consumption culture through reasonable pricing policies and consumption induction.

Basic Ethics of Employees(Partner Companies)

We actively cooperate so that mutual growth and development can be achieved by pursuing coexistence and co-prosperity with partner companies based on mutual trust and respect.

Business partners, such as agencies, distribution centers, and schools, work together as a partner of the company in terms of win-win over all issues.

  • First. We establish an optimal environment for business partners and observe the promise of service quality.
  • Second. We do not arbitrarily present prices or services to business partners without company approval.
  • Third. We do not sell out of principle when we recognize it as wrong practice.
  • Fourth. Various equipment provided to business partners for sales promotion should be checked regularly for its utilization and condition so that it can be used efficiently.
  • Fifth. We do not conduct sales activities that are not based on requests from the business partner.

Basic Ethics of Employees(Society)

We comply with market economic order, pursue a method that is in line with the interests of the state and society, and at the same time fulfill our basic responsibilities as a member of the social community.

  • First. We faithfully fulfill our basic responsibilities as a member of the social community such as continuous job creation, faithful tax reporting, and payment through sound profit creation.
  • Second. We do not conduct business activities that violate environmental laws and regulations and implement various internal and external support measures such as resource conservation and environmental protection activities in local communities.
  • Third. When entering a business site, we consider the living environment around us, actively respond to related problems, and do our best to maintain a smooth relationship with residents.
